Refund policy

Every piece we create is custom and therefore all sales are final. In some cases, a cancellation request can be made by emailing candlelifeco@gmail.com but if we have already begun to prepare your order we may not be able to cancel, or fees may apply.

We use pine to make our bases. Please note that every piece will vary in appearance. Solid wood products may contain knots and other imperfections. We cannot control the grain of our pieces. Some have little variation and some have a lot of variation. There will be no refunds due to wood grain, knots or other natural imperfections in the wood. 

Base colours may slightly vary from photos on the website or social media. Once your base is washed it is non-refundable. 

Candle colours may vary from photos on the website. Please note, candles are not exchangeable or refundable once your order is processed or shipped.
