Q) How quickly do the candles burn?
A) Soy candles burn an average of an inch per hour when indoors.
Q) Where do you ship?
A) We currently ship across Canada to any province or city.
Q) How long does it take to get my order?
A) Orders are generally processed within three business days. Depending on your province, orders can take up to six business days to ship (applies to provinces outside of Ontario).
Q) Can I order a custom size base that is larger than 36”?
A) Absolutely, send us an email at candlelifeco@gmail.com and we’re happy to help you with your custom request!
Q) Do your bases fit both candles and vases?
A) Yes! We hand make our bases to fit both candles and vases. The two are interchangeable!
Q) I need my order for a certain date, can I rush my order?
A) Yes, by adding a Rush Order for a fee you can move up the processing time. By rushing your order it does not guarantee shipping times and is shipped within a standard 2-5 business days depending on location. We will do everything we can to get your order processed quickly!
Q) What happens if I am unhappy with my order?
A) We do not offer exchanges or refunds. We are open to making an exception pending the issue. Please send us an email at candlelifeco@gmail.com with your concerns.
Q) Can I pick-up my order?
A) Absolutely! You are able to pick up your order from Stoney Creek or Port Dover, Ontario. Please email us at candlelifeco@gmail.com to solidify.
Q) How many base and candle sizes are there?
A) We currently offer four base sizes: 18”, 24”, 30” and 36”. Our bases hold 16, 22, 28 and 30 candles or vases. If you want to order a base with a combination of candles AND vases together, please email us at candlelifeco@gmail.com
Q) Can I paint the base a different colour myself?
A) We highly recommend you do not paint your base yourself as some paints may contain flammable ingredients. If you have questions about a stain other than grey, white or natural, please email us at candlelifeco@gmail.com
